An AI that takes notes in a team's group chats on Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack and Discord. It picks out decisions, promises, ideas and open questions, links each one to the message it came from, and reminds the right person before something slips: in the group, privately, or in the owner's weekly roundup. It also has an assistant that works from the user's own WhatsApp or Telegram. With Plans, the user says who does what by when; Claude writes the messages for the group or for each person, the user approves them before they go out, and it follows up until every task is done. It can also answer simple questions in the user's own style, always marked as written by the assistant. Privacy comes first: it announces itself in every chat, anyone can hide a message, each team's messages are encrypted with the team's own key, and raw chats are deleted after 90 days. Web dashboard with a 3D memory map, plus a Claude connector. Next.js, Supabase and the Claude API, with 401 automated tests; I built it by directing AI coding tools. Launched October 2026.

A ride-hailing platform for North Cyprus. I built it in Kotlin Multiplatform so the business logic is shared across Android and iOS, with Firebase behind it — sign-in, the database, and live tracking between passenger and driver. Separate passenger and driver apps, plus the marketing site on a custom domain. It is on the stores as com.kibride.passenger.android.

A mechanic marketplace running in Cyprus, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Germany (app.automateonline.user). I designed and deployed the responsive product site and delivered the UI/UX for both the consumer and mechanic-facing apps — two different users, two different jobs to be done, one coherent system. I also designed the brand's launch content for Instagram (@automech.online), carrying the same visual language from the product into the campaign.

An AI that answers a small business's customers by itself, day or night, in Turkish, English, Russian and Persian. It uses only that business's own stock, prices and rules, so it never invents a price or gives a discount. When a customer wants a test drive or a viewing, it takes their name and number, saves a lead with a summary for the owner, and keeps reminding the owner until someone calls back. Two editions: car galleries and estate agents. Python and the Claude API (tool use, prompt caching). I built it by directing Claude Code and tested it with 62 automated checks and an end-to-end browser test. Not connected to WhatsApp yet.

My own concept: a real-world meetup and skill-swap platform for Cyprus. I worked out the positioning, the information architecture and the revenue model — matching system, partner venues — and built the full multi-page marketing site for it.

A fixed-price website service for small businesses in Kyrenia and Nicosia: packaged scope, one-week delivery. I wrote the Turkish copy and designed the page around a single conversion. To find clients for it, I built a Python outreach tool. It collects businesses from listing sites, cleans up their contact details and checks my own WhatsApp history so nobody gets messaged twice (about 3,400 businesses so far). It drafts a message for each business with the Claude API, based on what that business sells, and I review and send every one myself. Demo sites I show clients: car gallery · estate listings.
